Our math is very activity based. That is why attendance is so important
to your child's math progress. Several years ago a Garden Lakes first
grade class was chosen to be on the
National Math Trail. This link may
help you see some ways that you can "practice" math at home by talking and exploring events
in your child's world. Make math a family social event! It also shows that math in our school
is based on active participation. Attendance is important!
Helping Your

great tips and activities for all stages of young readers - Infant through Age 10.
