Garden Lakes' PEP program sent 6 teams to the Future City Competition.
Each team project must include a computer designed city, a scale model, research paper,
abstract and oral presentation. The team of M. Bannister, D. Dror, and D. Shepherd earned
enough points in each catagory to qualify for 5th place overall. They also earned an award
for the best futuristic transportation system which was a pneumatically powered subway.
All six teams deserve congratulations for a difficult job well done.
